ARGH!!! (again)

Today art class sooooo dumb. Jaya keep scolding scolding scolding lorh... We girls didn't get to paint at all. That's a relief. We just sit at the stairs and talked and talked. Then about 10.15 he ask us go up and "apologise" and "thanked" us for being patient. As if we wanted to paint!!!
At least we got early recess...

Youth Day!

Yay! Tomorrow is school Youth Day holiday! I'm so happy & enthusiastic about it!!! not. Tomorrow have to do so much work... I also havent finish school homework yet...

Wednesday's art lesson was um...not very good.
Jaya let other people paint then very long later then let our group paint...
Then after that we crazy ppl go paint ourselves, i painted my fingernails. FOC!!! So nice :) But yellow ain't really my colour.
JAYA IS FRIGGIN MEAN.
He keep screaming and shouting thing he king lorh.
The canvas thing is SERIOUSLY ugly. Like kais, I'm gonna list why I hate art.

The Click Five concert was... AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!! Kyle said that the evening of the concert, they discovered that their Modern Times and Pastimes album had become gold!!! They said that it meant a lot to them :) Good to hear that!
They sang many songs, including a new song written by Ethan, a Beatles song, Just the Girl, Good Day, Catch your wave, and songs from Modern Minds and Pastimes album. Charis and I stood up nearly for the whole concert! Ouch feet ache... WHO EVEN CARES!?
Those guys are idiots. They pretended to end the concert, waiting for us to yell enocore. LOLZ WE DID!!! We were starting to give up when they came back. WE ALL CHEERED AND CHEERED AND CHEERED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
At the encore, they sang Jenny and Headlight Disco. 99% of the audience stood up and cheered and sang along to Jenny. It was great! Then at Headlight Disco, they had vibes above the stage and Kyle said, "Okay Singapore, this song was made for jumping, so you know what to do!" And we all jumped along to the song. Headlight Disco lasted for a long time cos they were kinda destroying the stage. Haha!
Okay, let's go kinda into detail.
First song was Flipside. It was awesome.
Second song was Happy Birthday. Before singing the song, Kyle said, "A few days ago, it was my birthday. And Joey's birthday. So we want you to do something very special for us." And he sang the chorus and made us follow lolz. It was fun!
Ok, maybe this won't be very detaily...
Btw... Kyle said that Singapore was their Hometown in South-east Asia!!! YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I screamed at it!
It was POSITIVELY the best day of my life :D

I just got back Science booklet B today. It was not bad... 31.5/40. Its my Booklet A that pulls me down... So total Science 75.5/100. Just got A!

Ahh.. RESULTS!

Got back most results liao... Except Science Booklet B.

Maths is GREAT! I got 93/100!

English: Booklet A = 24/30
Booklet B = 54.5/65
Total = 78.5/95

Maths: Booklet A = 73/80
Booklet B = ?

Science: Booklet A = 44/60
Booklet B = ?

Chinese(normal): Part 1 = 37/50
Part 2 = 30.5/40
Total = 67.5/90

Higher Chinese : 46/60

So far, I'm pleased with my English and Higher Chinese. My Higher Chinese improved by 16 marks from last year's SA2!
And my English improved by 8 marks from this year's CA1!
My Maths was SERIOUSLY careless........................

Chinese(normal): 67.5/90

I'm probably one of the lowest in class for Chinese! Even Deanna beats me! AHHHHHH!!!

I hope I can get at least A for Chinese in PSLE lorrh...

So Stressed 'cos its 100%...

Well, I hope I get an A* (91 & above) so I can prove Andrew Er wrong...

English is okay, but the punctuation part is quite tricky, I suppose. The comprehension is tough.

Normal Chinese... Comprehension requires detailed eleboration. I made a HUGE MESS out of my paper! Teacher sure show my paper on visualiser and say that I have horrible handwriting.

Higher Chinese! OMG. The 1st part has never required so much information before! It's not like comprehension, as we only need to list out the important points in the passage, the rest don't care. This was an ENORMOUS mess!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The 1st cloze passage was a little tricky, the 2nd one was, well, okay.

Maths! Ahh... It was... okay. Section A is quite easy for once, with one or two slightly tougher questions. Section B was uh... alright. Section C. I hope I ace it. The shaded and unshaded question I'm CONFIRMED wrong! Supposed to be 1:3 I go put 2:3. Didn't minus off the overlapped part. The Justin and Cindy marbles thing... Work backwards question. Was kinda tricky. Luckily I changed it at the during the last ten minutes. Question 48 (last question) was surprisingly easy, as usually its the toughest question in the paper. To me, I think the toughest question was question 46, the speed question. At first, I got stuck on the question, but as there were less than 10 minutes left, I just wrote down whatever I could think of. What did you get? I think I got 78km/h. Don't think it's correct.

I can't stop worrying about it! What if I fail? I just can't! I need at least 80% overall for P5 year end and at least 80% for P6 mid-year. ARGH!!! Life is JUST too tough to be true. Sometimes, I don't even know if I exist.

GOLD!!! ...AT LAST!

Today we had SYF... We got a GOLD award!!! FINALLY!!!! We've never ever gotten that before. We were cheering and screaming when we heard the results being announced! We hugged each other and on the bus back to school, we celebrated by playing some songs. We were seriously going crazy! I never ever thought that we would really achieve such a high score. We actually could have gotten gold with honours, but some people squeaked 2 times, so its about 10 marks gone. To get gold is 80 marks and above, gold with honours is 85 marks and above. THIS IS THE HAPPIEST DAY OF MY LIFE!!! I'M SOOOOOOOO HIGH NOW GOING SOOOOOOOO CRAZY..............................................!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YAYYAYYAYYAY I LOVE 2008!

SYF craze

*sigh*... the SYF is here again! SYF Central Judging of Concert Bands 2008! Stress is coming in. We have to skip classes at 11.30am to go for band practice! But I don't mind it if it will help us achieve gold or gold with honours...

No Title...

On Thursday, we had supplementary class. During that time, we went to the Primary 1 classes to read the pourquoi stories that we wrote. Some of us read to P1 Adventurous and some of us read to P1 Meticulous. I read to P1 Meticulous. The P1s were sooooo cute! The were so cute and tiny! I read my story "Why the Snake has No Legs". It was ok, I guess... After the storytelling session, we took a photo. Some people and I read to 4 groups while most people read to 5 groups because we had a rest :-) After the storytelling session and photo taking, we went to the canteen. Mrs Low bought for us ice milo, which costs about 70 cents each! And there are 42 people she needed to buy for, including herself! Total she spent $29.40 on us. MRS LOW ROCKS!!! That was a day I will remember all my life :-).

Good Friday... or Bad Friday?

How was your Good Friday holiday? Mine was so-so only larh, nothing much. Actually there's much of something, and that's called WORK!!!!!!! I'm really being totally under pressure this year, but 9th October - it's FREEDOM DAY! Only 7 more months... Can't wait! I know this entry doesn't have much, 'cos I don't have much to say, so... BYE
